A full sales team for your distribution business, without the hires.
Distril runs outreach, negotiation and deal flow for consumer electronics distributors. Under your brand, on your email, in front of buyers we already know. $1,000 a month for your first three months, plus 20% of the net margin we close.
Three-month trial · no long contract · you approve every deal
Brands we sell for our clients
The math on sales hires doesn't work for most distributors.
Hiring is slow and expensive
A decent B2B sales rep costs $70k+ a year, takes six months to ramp, and might not work out. Most distributors run lean. One bad hire hurts.
Lead gen stops at the meeting
Agencies book you calls, then vanish. Nobody negotiates the price. Nobody chases the PO. Nobody calls the buyer back in March for the reorder.
Stock that sits bleeds margin
Electronics age fast. Every week inventory sits in the warehouse, the resale price drops and your margin goes with it. Speed to buyer is everything.
We do the whole job, not the first 10% of it.
Most "outsourced sales" is really outsourced prospecting. Distril is full cycle. We take the deal from first email to processed order.
| Stage of the sale | Lead gen agency | Distril |
|---|---|---|
| Cold outreach to real buyers | Yes | Yes |
| Books the meeting | Yes | Yes |
| Runs the conversation | No | Yes |
| Negotiates price and terms | No | Yes |
| Gets the PO to your admin team | No | Yes |
| Manages the account for reorders | No | Yes |
White label means the market sees your company, not ours.
We sell from an email address on your domain, under your name, with your branding. Buyers deal with your company. We coordinate with your admin team behind the scenes for order processing and fulfilment.
Your domain
Every email a buyer gets comes from yourcompany.com, written by us, indistinguishable from an in-house rep.
Your relationships
Every contact, thread and account belongs to you, permanently. If we part ways, the book stays with you.
Your approval
Nothing closes without you. Price floors are set at onboarding and you sign off each deal before it's confirmed.
How it works
-
Discovery call
Thirty minutes on your stock, your current buyers and your price floors. We'll tell you straight if it's not a fit.
-
Onboarding
You give us a catalog with costs and floors, an email address on your domain and one admin contact. Usually done inside two weeks.
-
Outreach goes live
We put your stock in front of matched buyers from our database and open new conversations in your name.
-
Deals close, your team processes
We negotiate, you approve, your admin team handles the order. You see every thread, every number, and a weekly pipeline report.
Current client results
US IT hardware wholesaler
We run the account end to end: listings, replenishment offers, price moves, plus new-buyer outreach that currently gets a reply from roughly one in seven cold emails.
Consumer electronics distributor selling into Europe
Fully white label. We prospect, quote, negotiate and hand each confirmed order to their admin team, then manage the buyer for the next one.
Both are current clients, invoiced by Distril LLC. Names withheld because discretion is the product. Specifics on the discovery call.
You work with the founder, not an account manager.
Distril is run by Adam Burge. He's in the deals daily: the outreach, the quotes, the negotiations, the reorders. When you sign on, your stock becomes his problem too.
One layer. No handoffs, no juniors learning on your buyers.
20,000+ buyers and companies on file.
Collected and maintained across our client operations since 2024: BNPL and rent-to-own marketplaces, EU wholesale and retail buyers, refurbishers, exporters and trading desks. Strongest in the USA, then Europe, with active buyers in the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
This is the point of hiring us instead of a cold-start rep. Week one, your stock lands in front of buyers who already answer us.
Pricing. All of it, right here.
Comparable published pilots run three months for lead generation and four for full-cycle service, at several times the price. Net margin is defined per deal in writing (sale price minus your cost of goods and agreed direct costs) and you approve the statement before the deal closes. Open book, every deal.
We earn our 20% when a deal closes. Booked meetings, demos and no-shows cost you nothing extra. Your downside is capped at the retainer, less than one month of one junior sales hire.
Most agencies in this space quote pricing on a call. Ours is on the page. For scale: published tiers at established sales outsourcers start around $3,950 a month for lead generation alone. Full-cycle service starts near $5,950 a month plus commission.

- Anyone who wants leads handed over to work themselves
- Companies expecting us to hold stock or run logistics
Questions distributors actually ask
How does white label work day to day?
You give us an email address on your domain. We write as your team, in your name, with your signature. Buyers never see Distril. Internally you get full visibility: every thread, every quote, every number.
Who owns the buyer relationships?
You do, permanently. Contacts, conversations and accounts sit on your domain and in your records from day one. If we stop working together, all of it stays with you.
How exactly is 20% of net margin calculated?
Per deal: sale price minus your cost of goods and any direct costs we agree upfront (freight, marketplace fees). Each deal gets a one-page margin statement you approve before close. You're never invoiced on numbers you haven't seen.
What happens after the three-month trial?
It rolls month to month at $2,000 a month. No long contract. If the numbers work, you'll keep it. If they don't, you stop.
What do you need from us to start?
Three things: a catalog with costs and price floors, an email address on your domain, and one admin contact for order processing. Onboarding usually takes under two weeks.
How do we know what you're doing all month?
A weekly pipeline report: every conversation, every quote, every deal stage. And since the inbox sits on your domain, you can open any thread yourself, any time.
Do you handle shipping or invoicing?
No. Your team ships and invoices, like they do today. We bring the deal, get the PO and manage the buyer relationship.
Which products and regions do you cover?
Consumer electronics and IT hardware. Our buyer network is strongest in the USA, then Europe, with active buyers in the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
Can you work leads we already have?
Yes, and it's often the fastest first win. Dormant accounts and old inquiry lists usually hold deals nobody has chased in months.
Put your stock in front of buyers this month.
One call. We'll look at your inventory and tell you honestly whether our buyers want it.
